What we are looking for

We are looking to hire a Marketing Automation Specialist, responsible for; marketing & sales automation, and marketing operations. Examples of what this includes are, full-funnel email automation from lead to customer and beyond, chat or conversational marketing, sales sequencing, lead scoring, closely working together with our data team to make the data available you’ll need, analyzing and optimization website conversion paths, own and implement our marketing tool stack.

You would be comfortable asking questions in and outside our marketing team, digging for answers, and connect with our product team and other departments to deliver the optimal experience throughout the customer journey.

Requirements

Sounds interesting? You would be a great fit if you:

  • You have at least 2+ years of experience in (B2B) marketing in a fast-growing environment, ideally in a SaaS company, and are able to bring a proven track record in delivering marketing projects.
  • You are someone who takes ownership and sets your own agenda and communicates expectations.
  • You have a customer-centric mindset, meaning that you look at what to communicate first rather than the technicalities needed to communicate.
  • You have experience working with Hubspot. You know the ins- and outs of the tool, both the marketing and sales module.
  • You are result-oriented and have a solid understanding of business metrics, able to connect your work to our marketing and company goals.
  • You have a good understanding of different marketing disciplines that connect to marketing automation, such as SEA, SEO, social media advertising, and content marketing.
  • You are able to analyze website performance and work towards an optimal conversion path.
  • Being skilled at one of the following languages, CSS, HTML, SQL, or Javascript, is a plus.
  • You thrive in a fast-moving environment and are able to manage short term deadlines and plan ahead for what’s to come. Such an environment only gives you more energy.
  • Your mother tongue is Dutch and you are fluent in English. You have strong communication skills which means you are able to interact across stakeholders at all levels.
