What: A Marketing Automation Hubspot Specialist (freelance/contract)

Teamleader is a SaaS scale-up founded in 2012 in Ghent, Belgium. We simplify work for small businesses by offering an all-in-one solution for CRM, project management and invoicing. In the summer of 2019, we acquired a second tool, Teamleader Orbit, which focuses on helping medium-sized agencies thrive. By joining forces, we became the logical choice for any business, big or small, that aims to automate and simplify work.
To cover a maternity leave from November 2021 to April 2022, we are looking for a Marketing Automation Hubspot Specialist, reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing. This position is based out of our offices in Ghent (BE).
You will be responsible for the deployment of HubSpot campaigns to generate inbound marketing leads and working closely with the Sales, Data and Growth teams to convert these leads into new clients.
You will be responsible for creating and maintaining customer journeys as part of our marketing automation programs. This includes journey design and configuration, audience segmentation and data analysis.
Establish and manage marketing automation through HubSpot
Develop and implement creative end to end digital email marketing campaigns
Map & own the customer journeys and buying cycles within HubSpot, creating campaigns and workflows that support them from contact acquisition to retention
Build email nurturing strategy
Manage lead generation, email reporting and the contacts’ database
Analysis of data in Hubspot and Looker (our BI tool) to report back on key insights
Recommend email marketing best practice with coding design and testing of email campaigns
You will be part of the marketing growth team. An enthusiastic team working with the latest digital marketing techniques. You will also be working closely with our Go To Market team which will support you in mapping customer journeys and with our internal Brand Studio, which develops thoughtful branded contents and campaigns. You have at least 2+ years of experience in (B2B) marketing in a fast-growing environment, ideally in a SaaS company, and are able to bring a proven track record in delivering marketing projects.
Strong digital marketing background, with demonstrable experience in HubSpot
Expertise in integrated email marketing campaign planning and work flows
Analytical and data driven approach
Understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and on-line customer acquisition
You speak English fluently (Dutch or French are a plus). You have strong communication skills which means you are able to interact across stakeholders at all levels.
