Teamleader Orbit, acquired in 2019, focuses on helping medium-sized agencies thrive. Customer Success is the foundation of our own success: we cannot exist unless our customers receive great value from our product. Everything we do, evolves around customer centricity. It is (y)our goal to help entrepreneurs work smarter with our all-in-one tool.
As soon as leads become clients, you are their go-to person. You help them to get started with Teamleader Focus asap. To be more concrete, you focus on driving customers' adoption of our product proactively. You train and onboard new customers and help them to be successful. You collaborate with customers to formulate strategies and tactics to ensure they both love our product and achieve their individual objectives and goals. Follow up on user and customer emails and questions and build relationships with our customers.
At Teamleader, you have the possibility to join a team of seasoned experts that believe in the power of continuous learning and self-development. We regularly take some time away from the office for team building activities to bond and mingle.
Above all of this, you will start with an in-house training of two weeks. You learn everything about us, our story, your colleagues, our workflow-tool and you get an in-depth sales onboarding. As soon as you start working, we expect you to be hands-on, with an entrepreneurial mentality. Learning by doing, that is our motto. In Customer Success, you help our clients to work smarter. At the same time, you encourage them to become ambassadors of Teamleader.
