The opportunity

As an Inside Sales at Teamleader, you will autonomously advise small to medium-sized businesses about their software. Together, our goal is to understand how those entrepreneurs currently work - and help them become more efficient. With our all-in-one-tool, we have the power to help them work smarter.

Want to know a secret? 90% of businesses  in the Netherlands are small/medium-sized, and for the most part, they don’t simplify work as much as they could. Since 2012, we’ve been helping them with our all-in-one solution: a clear contact database, shared calendars, effective project management, streamlined online invoicing. Your Role

Once you join, you’ll never go home saying  “just another day at the office”. Why? Because you’ll talk to  passionate entrepreneurs every day, all boasting inspiring stories. Most of the time, Teamleader is their first step to digitisation; so we really make a difference - you'll be one of the happy few that can make this happen.

After you bounce into the beautiful, WeWork office and grab a coffee (or one of the two thousand choices for water), you’ll be:

  • Inspiring and guiding potential customers.  These businesses want to digitise, and are looking for advice in doing so.

  • Building relationships with the entrepreneurs you’re talking to, becoming  their trusted advisor.

  • Leveraging your authentic personality and our tried-and-tested training program to establish trust and help entrepreneurs make exciting decisions

  • Scheduling demonstrations of our product, to help them see their future way of working.

  • Once you’ve gained the right experience and skills, a promotion to Account Executive will be on the horizon.

Requirements

You relish the opportunity to  delve into business and technology, you love talking with entrepreneurs about their business and identifying their needs. You’re always looking to grow on a personal and professional level, keeping the business objectives as your primary priority.


  • You speak fluent Dutch (native level) and English (professional level).

  • We don’t require work experience for this position, as long as you can prove you’re a hard-working person with a great deal of determination.

  • Ideally, you have a genuine interest in the SME market (we'd love it if your personal network consists of SME owners) ).

  • You believe in technology and understand cloud-based applications.

  • You bring a growth mindset and an openness to learn - your friends would describe you as intellectually curious.

  • You’re a positive person; you always see the silver lining in every situation.

You’ll have 160 colleagues spread over Europe, whom you will e-meet in the bi-weekly fold-up meetings and in real life during teambuilding events. If you like, you can be involved in international projects and in-house initiatives, in which you’ll work closely together with your international colleagues.
