You don’t sell, you help entrepreneurs to work smarter
After potential customers activate a 14-day trial, you are their go-to person. With your laser-focus and self-starter attitude, you identify future fans in the blink of an eye and you schedule a demo with one of your colleagues for them. In this process you will work on both inbound and outbound leads.
Over time, and when you have the necessary experience level as an Inside Sales Executive, you will also start giving demos yourself to leads, and closing them of course.
We want you to build a relationship with the entrepreneurs you’re talking to. You have a genuine interest in the SMB market and you want to help our leads to work smarter.
Dynamic, vibrant and positive office life
You will never, ever come home and say you had “just another day at the office”. You will talk with tons of entrepreneurs everyday and most of the times, Teamleader is their first step to digitization; we really make a difference. You get to know your leads very well in a short period of time, our average sales cycle is 20 days.
Besides that, we have our daily team lunch at noon, we end the week with drinks, we have a pool table, an office dog (one is enough though) and go on very, very fun team outings during the year. You will have 150 colleagues, whom you will e-meet in the bi-weekly fold-up meeting and meet in real life during company teambuilding events. If you like, you can be involved in international projects and in-house initiatives, in which case you will work closely with the other offices. Be prepared for a very international environment! As much as we hate the cliche ‘work hard, play harder’, it really applies to us.

Is it you, we are looking for?
You love to talk with entrepreneurs about their business and identify their needs as to their workflow and business processes. Preferably, you know a thing or two about B2B sales, Customer Relationship Management and entrepreneurship. You strongly believe in technology and have affinity with cloud-based applications. You want to grow on a personal and professional level, in a competitive environment.
Besides that, you speak fluent French (native level) and English (professional level). We don’t require work experience for this position, as long as you can prove you’re a hard-working person with some great deal of willpower.
