As we’re growing fast, we’re looking for an HR Business Partner to strengthen our HR team. You will be a strategic partner to our leadership by challenging, safeguarding, communicating and supporting with the people and business priorities. Our ideal candidate has the talent to launch fast and iterate, and can go the extra mile to meet the business needs. Are you the HR Business Partner with proactive and strategic thinking we are looking for?

As an HR Business Partner, you will: 

  • Be a sparring partner and advisor to the leadership team. Your goal is to establish effective relationships with these leaders and their departments by challenging, safeguarding, communicating and supporting with the people and business priorities and organisational design.

  • Provide strategic support for our people programs on:
    • Our core values: You help carrying out our values within the company and proactively identify people challenges and trends within the business and work together with key stakeholders to formulate and implement solutions to develop, manage and retain our people.

    • Continuous feedback culture: Assist the leadership team to build a high performance culture through continuous and transparent feedback and a culture of operational excellence.

    • Learning and development: You coach leaders to get the best from their teams by challenging them on their thinking, and guiding them on (difficult) conversations. You assess training needs and opportunities and support leadership in defining individual development plans for their teams.

    • Wellbeing and engagement: Our colleagues their engagement and happiness are the most important for you. You love to support in setting up original initiatives to give our colleagues a boost and bring them closer together. You will support in resolving employee issues, and know whom to involve in different situations.

Sounds like something for you? You would be a great fit for this job if you have:

    • 5+ years experience in HR Business partnering within a fast-paced and changing organization

    • Experience of partnering with technical departments is a plus

    • A solid understanding of organisational development, employee relations, people operations and compensations & benefits

    • Drive and eagerness to learn, develop and work with ambiguity

    • A focus on discretion while working with sensitive and confidential information

    • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

    • A collaborative, detail focused, well structured, decisive and pragmatic work style.
