Who we are and why you should care
Teamleader is a SaaS scale-up founded in 2012 in Ghent, Belgium, with offices in Ghent and Amsterdam. We’re on a mission to become the #1 work management software in Europe. Our products (Teamleader and Yadera) help service businesses to get the overview and insight they need to stay in control of their business. Today, 12.000 entrepreneurs and their teams use Teamleader on a daily basis to sell, bill and organize their work in one place. We see our customers continuously outperform the market in terms of growth, which fuels our passion to further help as many SMEs as possible to professionalize and grow their business.
To strengthen our marketing leadership team and accelerate company growth, we are looking for a sharp, metric-driven and results-oriented Head of Growth Marketing, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and based out of our Ghent or Amsterdam office.
As Head of Growth Marketing:
You'll lead digital marketing and demand generation for our 2 product lines: Teamleader (SME) and Yadera (mid-market). This is a key role that will build the brand, grow top-line revenue, drive sales acceleration, and establish a foundation for repeatable growth at scale. With your team, you will own all programs, campaigns, and tactics that contribute to sales pipeline & revenue goals, and drive the successful execution and impact of the plans across the customer lifecycle.
With support of our Data Team, GTM Team and Brand Studio, you will create and optimise new ways of identifying, engaging and converting prospects to happy Teamleader customers. You will analyze engagement data, establish actionable insights, and drive commercial decisions through close cooperation with your business partners in Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
You'll fulfill a marketing leadership role in a well-funded European software scale up, with bold growth ambitions and an excellent company culture. In the first stages of your Teamleader run, you will recruit a team of A players to help you deliver on your team objectives and key results.
You will take ownership of the demand programs budget which you can allocate and optimise based on your assessments and insights.
You will own all demand generation reporting and stakeholder management, including our corporate website, online campaign assets, media programs, and virtual and in-person events, and you ensure timely follow-up of leads by our SDR function.
