Head of Go to Market (Reporting into CMO)

This hire is a big deal for us at Teamleader.
Having had great success in Belgium, we’re ready to push our Work Management SaaS products (Focus and Orbit) into our next strategic markets; France and the Netherlands.
You’ll get the chance to lead this strategic charge with your team of GTM experts; Benny, Ward, Renata and Bert. You’ll coach your team, enable them and be hands-on yourself to pave the way.
You will be the meeting point between product, sales and marketing where you can have a direct effect on the strategic direction of the growth trajectile of Teamleader.
We’re small enough for you to have a major impact on our operations and significant enough for you to think big, help create and execute bold plans, drive our international expansion, build the best marketing organisation in the European SaaS space, and drive your personal growth in the process.
You will be part of the Leadership Team (around 25 people), we need our leaders to use their voice, are you ready to speak up?
You’ll already have around 5 years Senior marketing experience in a SaaS Scale-up environment focussing on the A-Z principles of Go to Market; pricing and packaging, monetization, product release, market analysis, positioning, value proposition, messaging and sales enablement.
You’ll come with experience of launching SaaS products into France and the Netherlands, ideally you’ll be fluent in French and maybe even some knowledge of Dutch.
Team leadership will be second-nature to you, it’s about empowering your team, we’re definitely more “carrot” than “stick” here at Teamleader.
