We're looking for a Go-To-Market & Product Launch Expert to join us on our mission

Ever wanted to launch a new product, with full ownership on developing and executing the Go-to-Market strategy, determining marketing strategies, setting up strategic partnerships and optimizing the journey? Now is the time; as Teamleader is launching a new product to help solopreneurs grow by delivering the best invoicing and CRM software for the price of a small lunch. You will have two main objectives; scalable growth and adoption of the product! 

What you'll do as a GTM & Product Launch Expert at Teamleader:

  • Use company data and market research data you are able to understand needs, pain points and preferences of the self-employed. You will analyse competitive products and market trends to identify opportunities and threats

  • Together with the product team you will develop, manage, review & evolve Teamleader One’s Go-To-Market plan to articulate:

    • What we sell (pricing, packaging, product positioning, and promotions)

    • Who we sell to (who are our ideal target markets, segments and personas, etc)

    • How we sell to them (which channels, what messaging, jobs to be done, triggers, etc)

  • Set up strategic partnerships to accelerate the growth by creating creative agreements and interesting alliances with entrepreneurial channels.

  • Develop a value proposition that clearly communicates the benefits of the product and develop compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with solopreneurs.

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, content marketing, email, etc.) to drive awareness and demand and collaborate with our internal agency to create high-impact marketing materials, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and videos.

  • Develop and execute strategies to engage with early adopters and gather feedback (such as discount strategies and influencer tactics), you build a community of advocates and leverage testimonials and case studies to drive credibility.

  • You work with cross-functional teams to manage and optimise the journey of our customers, from first contact to paid customer. You enable sales, product and customer success to make sure we deliver the best experience to our customers. This ranges from briefings on micro-copy for our product to shaping product growth experiments and strategic initiatives.

  • Together with the website manager, you will be responsible for co-creation of the website for the new product, including developing the website content and managing the production of the visual content in collaboration with an agency; and create strategies to improve website traffic and lead conversions

Job requirements

You’d be a great fit for this role, if you are:

  • Analytical: A crucial part of building the go-to-market strategy is gaining insight into customer needs and experiences. You are also able to turn these learnings into concrete actions & strategies to move the business forward.

  • You can prove at least 5 years of experience in the responsibilities listed above

  • You have a vast background in Go-to-Market, topline growth and/or product marketing preferably launching a successful software product

  • You are fluent in Dutch and English
