Teamleader is a SaaS scale-up founded in 2012 in Ghent, Belgium. We offer an all-in-one platform for CRM, project management and invoicing, helping SMEs work smarter and we’re growing quickly. In just 2 years, we opened 5 additional offices in Amsterdam, Berlin, Milan, Madrid, and Paris. Our ambition stretches further: we want to become Europe’s #1 in our industry. To accelerate our growth, we are looking for online acquisition marketing experts and - a.k.a. “Growth Hackers” to join our Marketing team.
What an average work week looks like
You will start your week by looking at the performance of your campaigns in the different countries. You will translate raw data into actionable insights and work together with the other inbound marketers to build a meaningful action plan for that week. You will align with the Content Marketing team and the Marketing Technology & Operations team on key projects & work closely together with the country marketers across Europe, your internal customers. You will lead them to get the best out our marketing automation tools. You will optimize Google Adwords campaigns, define and execute local SEO strategies, build actionable KPI dashboards, manage our affiliate network & run social advertising campaigns across multiple countries and languages. You take full responsibility over strategy, execution & results. You strive for a maximum impact week over week and find creative solutions for problems others don’t even think about.

Have at least 5 years of online acquisition / growth hacking experience, preferably in a B2B environment - marketing to small businesses
Proven experience of:
Managing complex, multilingual Google Adwords accounts
Managing Facebook advertising
Working with Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager
Advertising on Linkedin, Twitter and/or other networks
Working with Hubspot or other marketing automation tools
Have a good view on what a best-in-class inbound marketing strategy for a company like ours would be
Have successfully created and implemented a long term SEO strategy
Have professional proficiency in English and at least one of the following languages: Dutch / Flemish, French, German, Italian, Spanish
Are used to collaborate with remote teams
Ideally have experience in a SMB sales team as account manager (Is a plus)
Thrive in a fast-growing environment and have a proven track record of achieving outstanding marketing results
