We’re the brand studio inside an ambitious, growing software company. We are in love with our brand and fully in charge of spreading the gospel of Teamleader. We mostly do that by building campaigns and creating great content. We challenge the status quo in a vivid startup spirit and encourage ownership. To ramp up the volume of quality design work we produce, we’re currently on the lookout for a graphic designer based out of Ghent to strengthen the team. He/she will closely work together with the entire team, but more specifically complement the efforts and talents of our head designer Maarten.
We’re picturing someone who’s both hardworking and very creative. Do you fit the bill?
You’ll work on all sorts of design assignments. Sometimes, you co-create a brand new creative campaign from scratch. Other times, you provide visuals to go with existing copy, or you put a brand new coat of paint on an asset that needs updating.
One week could be filled with tasks that you execute to perfection based on a briefing. The week after, you might be able to let your creative beast go wild on a blank canvas. If that dynamic suits you, you’ll love the brand studio.
Even in COVID times, Teamleader is a happy, purposeful place. While we miss our shared kitchen and sunlit terrace, our setup allowed for a swift change to a functional and engaging remote work environment. Sounds interesting? You would be a great fit if you:
Have at least 3 years of relevant working experience
Have in-depth experience with the Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign are the key ones, knowledge of others like AfterEffects are a plus)
Have worked with Figma or are dying to try it out
Can’t stand the thought of using WordArt and Comic Sans
Have some chops for digital illustration and icon creation as well
Have a creative mind to bring new, innovative solutions and ideas to the table, especially ones that might trigger our potential buyers
Know an image says more than 1000 words, and you can transform that wisdom into effective digital marketing materials: from the Facebook rectangle to the Insta Story, from IAB banner sets to clever infographics.
Love getting creative with blank-canvas projects, yet are not scared of volume production work like ad sets, blog headers and inline images or ebook designs
Possess a great work ethic to get work done, but love to blow off some steam with colleagues after hours too
Speak English and Dutch fluently. Le français est un plus.
