To further roll out our ambitious Data Analytics Team, we are hiring sharp-minded data-savvy people like you. We expect you to turn data into high-value strategic insights.


Do you believe you are the person we are looking for? Well if you are, you will be responsible for;

  • Managing data analysis projects to guide our product strategy, measure the impact of feature improvements and come up with suggestions to optimize our user engagement
  • Working with the Product and Engineering teams to build datasets, ensure reliable data tracking and A/B testing are in place for experiments so we have high-quality data for our analysis.
  • Communicating and presenting data insights to key stakeholders in Product, Engineering, Marketing and Management teams.
  • Providing data analysis training and support to key business users.
  • Contributing to building a strong cross-functional data community at Teamleader.
  • Taking ownership of data analytic tools such as Segment, Amplitude, etc.

Requirements

Sounds like something for you? You would be a great fit if you;

  • Are still reading at this point, you’re probably the colleague that we’re looking for!
  • Have hands-on experience in data analysis (preferably website, product or event streams);
  • Can synthesize large amounts of data, translate findings into clear insights and communicate these convincingly;
  • are fluent in English, and have strong communication skills which means you are able to interact across stakeholders at all levels;
  • Are a self-starter with a strong ‘can-do’ attitude, not afraid of promoting your ideas;
  • Have experience with Product Analytics Tools, Customer Data Platforms and BI tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment, Google Analytics, Looker, SQL and Python are a plus, as well as affinity with SaaS business processes.
