What you’ll be doing; some key responsibilities:

  • Managing data analysis projects to guide our strategy, measure the impact of new actions and come up with suggestions to improve our product and growth.

  • Working with different teams to build datasets, ensure reliable data tracking and A/B testing are in place for experiments so we have high-quality data for our analysis.

  • Communicating and presenting data insights to key stakeholders and management.

  • Providing data analysis training and support to key business users.

  • Contributing to building a strong cross-functional data community at Teamleader.

  • Taking ownership of data analytic tools such as Fivetran, Stitch, Redshift, Looker, Segment, Amplitude, etc.

You would be a great fit for this role, if you:

  • Have hands-on experience in data analysis in a SaaS company;

  • Can synthesize large amounts of data, translate findings into clear insights and communicate these convincingly;

  • are fluent in English, and have strong communication skills which means you are able to interact with stakeholders at all levels;

  • Are a self-starter with a strong ‘can-do’ attitude, not afraid of promoting your ideas;

  • Have experience with SQL and tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Segment, Amplitude.
