You are not a regular helpdesk, you create ambassadors

As soon as leads become clients, you are their go-to person. You help them to get started with Teamleader CRM asap. With your laser-focus and self-starter attitude, you identify future fans in the blink of an eye. Because you are a sales-minded person, you apply the consultative selling method with upsell as a result. In the end, you will be able to welcome more and more ambassadors every month.

Don’t worry, we won’t ask you to push our product through their throat. You’re not a second-hand car salesman. We want you to build a relationship with the entrepreneurs you’re talking to. We want you to help our customers to work smarter.

You will never, ever come home and say you had “just another day at the office”. You will talk with tons of entrepreneurs everyday and most of the times, Teamleader is their first step to digitization; we really make a difference. 

Besides that, we have our daily team lunch, we end the week with drinks and go on very fun team outings during the entire year. You will have 150 colleagues, whom you will e-meet in the bi-weekly fold-up meeting and meet in real life during company team building events. Be prepared for a very international environment!


Is it you, we are looking for?

You love to talk with entrepreneurs about their business and identify their needs as to their workflow and business processes. Preferably, you know a thing or two about B2B sales, you master the consultative selling method and are inspired by entrepreneurship. You strongly believe in technology and have affinity with cloud-based applications.

Besides that, you speak fluent French & Dutch (native level) and English (professional level). Bringing first value online is your second nature, you have experience in solving more complex business challenges. You have the knowledge to advise business owners on a strategic level, recognize their problems and negotiate with them. Experience in a SaaS environment would be a nice extra.
