It’s our mission to help service businesses all over Europe thrive by removing the hassle of running a business. 12.000 entrepreneurs and their teams use Teamleader daily to sell, bill and organise work. From IT agencies and digital marketers all the way to plumbers and construction companies. To keep fueling our growth, we are looking for a Customer Onboarding Manager.
Customer Success is the foundation of our own success: we cannot exist unless our customers receive great value from our product. Everything we do, evolves around customer centricity. It is (y)our goal to help entrepreneurs work smarter with our all-in-one tool.
As soon as leads become clients, you are their go-to person. You help them to get started with Teamleader Focus asap. To be more concrete you focus on driving customers' adoption of our product in a proactive way and you train and onboard new customers and help them to be successful. You collaborate with customers to formulate strategies and tactics to ensure they both love our product and achieve their individual objectives and goals. Follow up on user and customer emails and questions and build relationships with our customers.
You will never, ever come home and say you had “just another day at the office”. You will talk with tons of entrepreneurs everyday and most of the times, Teamleader Focus is their first step to digitization; we really make a difference. You get a pleasant and comfortable workplace within cycling and walking distance of the heart of Amsterdam or Ghent. But we are flexible: working from home is absolutely no problem. Especially during Corona times.

Above all of this, you will start with an in-house training of two weeks. You learn everything about us, our story, your colleagues, our workflow-tool and you get an in-depth sales onboarding. In Customer Success, you help our clients to work smarter. At the same time, you encourage them to become ambassadors of Teamleader.
