Who are we and why should you care?

Teamleader is a SaaS scale-up with two work management products: Teamleader and Yadera. It’s our mission to help service businesses all over Europe thrive by removing the hassle of running a business. 12.000 entrepreneurs and their teams use Teamleader daily to sell, bill and organise work. From IT agencies and digital marketers all the way to plumbers and construction companies. To keep fueling our growth, we are looking for a Customer Onboarding Manager.


Customer Success is the foundation of our own success: we cannot exist unless our customers receive great value from our product. Everything we do, evolves around customer centricity. It is (y)our goal to help entrepreneurs work smarter with our all-in-one tool.


What a day in Customer Onboarding looks like:

As soon as leads become clients, you are their go-to person for the Dutch market. You help them to get started with Teamleader CRM asap. With your laser-focus and self-starter attitude, you identify future fans in the blink of an eye. Because you are a sales-minded person, you apply the consultative selling method with upsell as a result. In the end, you will be able to welcome more and more ambassadors every month. To be more concrete you focus on driving customers' adoption of our product in a proactive way and you train and onboard new customers and help them to be successful. You identify expansion opportunities and up-selling customers. Follow up on user and customer emails and questions and build relationships with our customers.

Being an employed entrepreneur

Above all of this, you will start with an in-house training of two weeks. You learn everything about us, our story, your colleagues, our workflow-tool and you get an in-depth sales onboarding. As soon as you start working, we expect you to be hands-on, with an entrepreneurial mentality. Learning by doing, that is our motto.

In Customer Success, you help our clients to work smarter. At the same time, you encourage them to become ambassadors of Teamleader CRM.

Requirements

Is it you, we are looking for?
You love to talk with entrepreneurs about their business and identify their needs as to their workflow and business processes. Preferably, you know a thing or two about B2B sales, you master the consultative selling method and are inspired by entrepreneurship. You strongly believe in technology and have affinity with cloud-based applications.
Besides that, you speak fluent Dutch (native level) and English (professional level). Bringing first value online is your second nature, you have experience in solving more complex business challenges. You have the knowledge to advise business owners on a strategic level, recognize their problems and negotiate with them. Experience in a SaaS environment would be a nice extra.
