What an average work week looks like:
Together with your Credit & Collection colleague, you’re responsible for the invoice-to-cash process at Teamleader. On a daily basis, you follow up on the automated billing process and make sure invoices are sent out in a timely and correct manner. In addition, you respond to customer questions and solve problems regarding their invoice and subscription changes. What’s more, you monitor outstanding receivables and follow up uncollected payments to keep a strong cash flow and collaborate closely with other departments. With your critical mindset, you seek for process optimisations regarding your daily activities.
