Is it you, we are looking for?
You love nothing more than to inspire and challenge a team of talented people on the topics marketing, sales and customer success. You build a true vision and framework to guide your team on its way to make Teamleader #1 in your country. You don’t micromanage or spend your days coaching people. Your (former) colleagues love your for your vision, the impact you make, the powerful interventions and your broad network. SME-struggles, cloud solutions and subscription metrics hold no secrets for you.
In addition to that, you speak fluent German (native) and English (professional level). You have proven experience in scaling a German SaaS-business where you’ve led the company through growth and motivated the team with excellent coaching skills. It goes without saying that you have outstanding networking skills to build on Teamleader’s way to the German top.
You don’t delegate, you coach
Full responsibility for P&L means you are in charge of revenue, cash and quality targets. You go above and beyond to make Teamleader the #1 SaaS-company in Germany. To achieve this, you constantly monitor and optimise the German business plan: converting the guidelines from Teamleader HQ into data driven creative initiatives for your local market. You support your team by challenging the status quo and come up with improvements and innovative ways to to help our customers grow their business.
You will work with various teams across Europe, both on a local and HQ level, with whom you will discuss the development of our company, annual and quarterly budgets and our business operating plan. From time to time, you also participate in company-wide projects. In a nutshell: you are Teamleader’s local ambassador for the 6 employees and every customer. The ultimate goal is to help entrepreneurs work smarter by creating an impact together with your team.

Never stop learning
When you start working at Teamleader you’re sent to our HQ in Ghent, Belgium for a two-week in-house training. You learn everything about us, our story, your colleagues, our workflow-tool and meet the other country managers.
As a Country Manager, you help your team focus to become the smartest, most enthusiastic and driven local team in whole Europe. We can assure you, you will also keep growing on a personal and professional level.
