Teamleader provides software that simplifies the work of small businesses. Since our inception in 2012, we grew to serve 1000s of businesses, from 6 offices across Europe, earning us the title of the fastest growing tech company in Belgium Deloitte’s Fast 50 latest ranking.
We are now looking for a mature, hands-on commercial professional, to take full P&L responsibility for our business in Belgium - our largest market to date - and to maintain our fast growth trajectory.
The ideal candidate will have significant B2B experience, ideally in a SaaS business targeting small businesses along with a proven experience of P&L management, a track record of managing significant growth and great leadership skills.
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Belgium Country Manager for Belgium, will directly manage the local sales & local customer success teams, will have dotted line responsibility for local marketing and will be responsible for providing local customer and competitive insights to inform future product development.
Design and implement the country’s plan to achieve agreed growth & profitability targets
Constantly monitor & improve the country’s performance to maximise growth opportunities throughout Belgium
Manage the sales and customer success teams, including hiring, retention, training & development, performance evaluation and process design & improvement
Dotted line responsibility for local marketing
Maintain up to date knowledge of the Belgium SaaS market in general and CRM market in particular
Provide local customer and competitive insights to inform future product development.
Minimum 10 years experience of in SaaS sales, marketing or customer success, of which at least 3 in Belgium, at least 3 in a sales role and at least 2 in a people management role
Proven people management experience
Fluent in Flemish, at native speaker level and in English. Fluency in French is a strong plus
Spending at least 3 days a week in our Belgium office in Ghent
