What we are looking for

We are looking for a key player that has a strong marketing background, both analytical and creative, that can take ownership of both our client marketing campaigns and in-house talent growth. You will be reporting to the CEO and will work closely together to research and implement industry leading marketing strategies.

You are a senior Marketing Professional that will design Teamleader’s Marketing strategy and execution. You have a proven track record in Product marketing, Brand and Performance with a strong bent to growing our business and supporting the company's growth plans.


Responsibilities:

  • Enhance our marketing strategy to grow Teamleader’s brand through lead generation, digital, branding and communications.
  • Analyse business objectives, identify opportunities, and design integrated marketing strategies that have impact
  • Analyse brand positioning and consumer insights and translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage the optimization of advertising activity to maximize awareness and leads whilst achieving cost-effectiveness.
  • Own the strategic relationships between Product, Marketing and Sales to ensure successful GTM strategies for new product lines.
  • Create and implement effective sales and marketing tools, including management and development of sales collateral, presentations, client success stories and other sales tools to enhance sales team efforts.
  • Support channel growth with channel marketing.
  • Effectively and concisely present ideas to executives, employees and stakeholders.
  • Viewed as a credible partner to sales, and presents convincingly to executives, partners, and customers. A passionate and inspiring mentor with a strong focus on people management and leadership to ensure the successful performance, engagement and retention of team members
  • Develop clearly defined value propositions based on a sound understanding of the product, target audiences and competitor landscape
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
  • Measurement & budget management
  • Exceptional leadership skills in a dynamic and fast-growing organization
  • Inspiring, motivating and managing a high performing, data-driven team of 20 marketeers
  • Owning the data; lead the creation and maintenance of processes, analytics and reports to measure the department effectiveness, success of campaigns and customer acquisition cost.

Requirements

  • You have at least 15+ years of experience in (Professional Services) marketing in a fast-growing environment, ideally in a SaaS company, and are able to bring a proven track record in delivering marketing projects.
  • You are someone who takes ownership and sets your own agenda and communicates expectations.
  • Experience leading & managing marketing teams, recruiting, developing world-class marketers
  • You are a data-driven decision maker and you monitor performance to drive strategic adjustments in strategies and tactics.
  • Strong academic background in marketing, business field or comparable experience
  • Good understanding of marketing automation
  • Ability to see the bigger picture and how to weave customer insights into the global / regional marketing plan
  • Experience with high-volume low-touch business
  • Digital savvy, including knowledge of email marketing, Paid Social, Google Analytics.
  • Excellent editorial skills with an eye for detail
  • Comfortable multitasking multiple projects efficiently
  • Experience with change management
