Job description

Teamleader is a SaaS scale-up founded in 2012 in Ghent, Belgium. We offer an all-in-one Cloud software for CRM, project management and invoicing, helping thousands of SMEs work smarter. We’re growing at rocket speed, and are enjoying every bit of this rollercoaster ride: in just 2 years, we opened 5 additional offices in Amsterdam, Berlin, Milan, Madrid, and Paris. Our ambition stretches far and beyond: we want to become Europe’s #1 in our industry. Today, our team consists of 170+ people and is still growing strong and won the title of the fastest growing tech company in Belgium Deloitte’s Fast 50 latest ranking.

Scale-up, you say? Yes, we are already playing with the big guys. We have the make-it-happen attitude of a startup but the resources and skills of a scale-up. Our team is packed with experts in their field, we have tried-and-tested playbooks to benefit from, and plenty of resources at your disposal.

To keep fueling our growth, we are looking for a Channel Partner Manager to join our German team, based in Berlin. As a Channel Partner Manager, you will develop, service, and grow the relationships and business with the Teamleader channel partners, strategic partners and ICT distributors in your region.

  • Defining and implementing channel marketing plans in collaboration with the channel marketing team.

  • Monthly reporting on sales KPI’s within channel partners

  • Working towards sales and revenue targets

  • Addressing customer service issues as raised by the channel partner.

  • Represent Teamleader at Industry Trade Shows

  • Organise events, webinars, masterclasses to train partners

  • Position Teamleader as thought leader within the channel community

  • Build and manager relationship with ICT distributors in your region

This is what we offer

You will be part of the local sales and marketing team and report to the Channel and Strategy team on HQ level. We constantly look for new ideas and ways to do our work differently. If you want to try or launch something new, you just can. You can be sure of one thing; you will learn tons of new stuff. We believe our culture is quite unique. We are looking for adventurous, hands-on intrapreneurs to be part of our international expansion project with the focus on exploring new markets in Europe.
