To keep fueling our growth, we are looking for a Channel Marketing Manager to join our HQ in Ghent, Belgium. The Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of marketing for the Channel Partners of Teamleader throughout Europe.
As channel marketing manager you will be responsible for developing, driving and implementing channel marketing activities for the channel partners.
Developing and overseeing the marketing plan for the channel partners within the organization.
Creating / coordinating marketing materials or collateral for the indirect channel
Implementing channel campaigns in order to expand market share and pursue aggressive growth targets.
Working closely with all aspects of the business to gather product and channel insights.
Utilize data and insights to provide recommendations to drive category distribution and market share
Overseeing day to day channel marketing operations in both local and international markets.
Understanding changing and differing priorities depending on territories and how these impact channel marketing
Responsible for measuring and reporting about marketing results in the indirect channel.
You will be part of the HQ marketing team and report to the Channel and Strategy team on HQ level. We constantly look for new ideas and ways to do our work differently. Past experience managing marketing budgets ideally within a channel marketing setting.
Experience with digital marketing
A strong understanding of the distribution channels for the SaaS industry.
Project management experience would be a definite advantage.
Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners.
Driven, highly motivated and passionate about marketing.
High energy with the capability to multi-task in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization.
A thorough understanding of go-to-market strategies including account segmentation, products, marketing strategies, etc.
Broad exposure to a variety of technologies/concepts in a distributed environment.
Are fluent in Dutch and English.
