Teamleader is a SaaS scale-up founded in 2012 in Ghent, Belgium. We offer an all-in- one tool for CRM, sales, project management and invoicing that helps more than 7,000 SMEs work smarter. We’re growing at rocket speed : in just 1,5 years we opened 5 new offices in Amsterdam, Berlin, Milan, Paris and Madrid. Our ambition stretches far and beyond : we want to become Europe’s #1 in our industry. Today, our team consists of over 180 people and is still growing strong.

What an average work week looks like
As a fast-growing company we organise ourselves in 3 departments : Marketing, Sales and Customer Success. As the Country Manager assistant you will be involved in the whole process and come accross as many topics as digital marketing (Google Adwords and Facebook campaigns), communication (Media, Content & PR strategy), events (partners, customers, startup community), sales (qualifying, setting up meetings), training new customers and lead them to upsell, legal and financial matters. This is an opportunity to really dive into the daily run of a startup and have a 360° view of its challenges. Since you come across a lot of people from various industries and all sides of a business, this role offers you the perfect opportunity to learn about the hustle and bustle of business life.
