Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Manager with a “can do” attitude to take responsibility for all aspects of field marketing in the Netherlands and own the local budget together with a colleague in Amsterdam. As an experienced Marketing Manager, you excel in developing and managing marketing campaigns, creating new demand for sales, delivering lead generation and advancing external and internal brand building. In addition, you will be cultivating events, driving partnerships, interacting on social media, preparing compelling content and customer case studies. You are the spearhead for our growth.

You will be working closely with your marketing colleague on site, the global marketing team, as well as local sales leadership and business development. Together with the team, you will develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads and opportunities in support of our business goals.


Sounds interesting? You would be a great fit if you:

  • Have 3+ years experience in (B2B) Marketing in a fast growing environment, ideally in a SaaS or PaaS company

  • Online vs. offline? It’s just the same right? You speak multi-channel

  • You bring a proven track record of outstanding marketing results

  • Speak the customers language and be a natural communicator across channels (e.g. social media, newsletters, on the phone or at an event)

  • You own things! and bring an extensive experience in creating, planning, monitoring and optimizing marketing campaigns across channels

  • You get it done! And have profound experience with field marketing, such as organising events and establishing partnerships with external stakeholders

  • Very good understanding of marketing acquisition tactics (acquiring, converting and nurturing high quality leads)

  • Have a strong interest in analysing data and optimizing your marketing strategy accordingly

  • You challenge the status quo: with creativity, good arguments and suggestions on how to do it better

  • Are proficient in Dutch & English.
